1. Scope of the service
{company} provides a subscription Software as a Service (SaaS) offering ("Service") for domain onboarding, DNS management and web-traffic security policy controls. The Service is a control layer for protection settings; it does not guarantee that every attack, outage or third-party network failure can be prevented.
2. Accounts and security
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your credentials and reviewing activity performed through your account. Suspected unauthorized access or security incidents should be reported to support without undue delay.
4. Plans, subscriptions and fees
Limits for Free and paid plans are shown at checkout or in the dashboard. Paid access may be monthly or yearly. Plan changes, renewal behavior and service periods follow the order information shown at purchase. Applicable taxes or mandatory charges may be added where required by law.
5. Payment methods
For crypto payment notices, you are responsible for using the correct asset, network, amount and transaction reference. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. When hosted card checkout is enabled, card data is processed on the payment provider’s secure page and card numbers are not stored by this platform.
6. SaaS access
A paid or free plan does not transfer ownership of the software. You receive a limited, revocable and non-transferable right to use the Service for the subscription period. Unauthorized copying, attempts to bypass access controls or misuse of the infrastructure for reverse engineering are prohibited.
7. Acceptable use
The Service is for defensive, publishing and legitimate network-management purposes only. Launching DDoS attacks, operating booter/stresser services, phishing, malware distribution, botnet control, unauthorized scanning or attacks against third parties is prohibited. See the Acceptable Use Policy for details.
8. Suspension and termination
We may temporarily restrict a feature, domain or account in cases of abuse, security risk, payment dispute, unauthorized domain use or legal obligation. Except in urgent security cases, we aim to provide a reasonable opportunity to explain or correct the issue.
9. Availability and third parties
Registrars, hosting providers, upstream networks, DNS providers, payment providers and general internet infrastructure can affect the Service. Unless a separate written enterprise SLA applies, uninterrupted or 100% availability is not promised.
10. Liability and contact
To the extent permitted by applicable law, indirect, special or consequential losses may be limited. Mandatory consumer rights cannot be waived by these Terms. Contact {support} with questions.
